Cleaning Efficacy Testing Services

Let AEIS INC help you determine if surfaces in your home or business have been adequately cleaned and disinfected with our Cleaning Efficacy Testing Services'.

AEIS INC uses System Sure Plus™ which is a real-time detection method that measures ATP [adenosine triphosphate] a molecule found in all living organisms such as bacteria, plant cells and mould. Viruses do not generate or store energy in the form of ATP but derive their energy from host cells which can be found in biological residue (mould/bacteria)

This testing method cannot directly detect the presence of the COVID-19 virus, but rather, with this approach, biological residues that contain ATP and "feed" viruses can be detected and quantified if present. Surfaces are swabbed and the swab is placed into detector unit which displays the hygienic status of surfaces instantly! The results of these tests would demonstrate if the sampled surface area has been effectively cleaned and free of bacteria or fungi. If a virucide was included in the surface cleaning protocol, then test readings would indicate the surface was properly treated or further treatment is required.

During these cautious times AEIS Inc recommends the following precautionary measures to ensure you are doing the best to keep your home or business healthy and protected:

  1. Hand Washing — Regularly wash hands often preferably with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds, or use an alcohol based hand-sanitizer. Be sure to wash hands after sneezing or coughing and after touching surfaces others may have touched.
  2. Coughing and Sneezing — Preferably cough or sneeze into a tissue or your upper sleeve, and not your hands. Dispose of used tissues immediately and wash hands with soap and water ensuring to clean under fingernails.
  3. Greeting Individuals — Please avoid handshaking and respect the personal space of those you come in contact with. Social media is referencing this as "social distance" meaning being aware of the proximity of the people around you.
  4. Keep Shared Surface Areas Clean — Doorknobs, light switches, telephones, keyboards, vehicles, and other surfaces can become contaminated with all kinds of bacteria and viruses. Regular cleaning and disinfecting of these surfaces can help. Make sure that you have a sufficient supply of hand-sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, gloves and masks stocked in your vehicle and around your work station.
  5. Stay at Home when Sick — Stay at home rather than go to work and potentially infect other staff members or members of the public.
